Commissions T.O.S.

• There will be NO REFUNDS for sketch commissions. For shaded and rendered commissions, there will be NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SKETCH HAS BEEN APPROVED.• I must receive full payment for sketch commissions and partial or full payment for shaded and rendered commissions before I begin working. Please be certain you are fully willing to purchase from me.• Any and all commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY are NOT MEANT FOR PERSONAL PROFIT.• As the creator, I reserve usage rights to all works. Unless explicitly asked otherwise, this includes posting on social media accounts, or using the work for my portfolio.• At least 3 reference images must be provided by the client.• +50 % of base price per additional character• Will draw: OCs, Fan art, Artistic nudity, Light gore, Body horror, Non-human characters (includes furries, monsters, etc…)• Will not draw: Hateful/offensive content, NSFW, Heavy gore, Mechs• If I am otherwise uncomfortable with the subject matter or feel it is not within my abilty, I have the right to decline a commission.• Sketch commissions will take 1-3 DAYS to complete. Shaded and Rendered commissions will take AT MOST ONE MONTH to complete. Please be mindful of the fact that I am a full-time student. I will contact you if there is any delay. Do not try to rush me.• You may contact me through my twitter or email if you would like to make a commission.• Payment will be made through Venmo and Cashapp.• BY PROCEEDING WITH COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS. A BREACH OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF RIGHTS TO ANY WORK, AND WITHOUT REFUND IF THE TERMS ARE DISCOVERED TO BE BROKEN AFTER DELIVERY OF THE WORK.
